The award system is broken. Your specialist makes it work.

Not ready to book yet? We’ll keep watch on your routes for you.

Weekly Lookup Alert

$4.99/mo

An automated weekly scan of your routes — broad and low cost.

Automated scan: some listed space may be phantom and not hold at booking. It can’t confirm a seat or hand you a booking-ready result.

Human Search Alert

$99.99/mo

A specialist checks your routes every cycle — the opposite of an automated feed. They open the booking and confirm the seat before you hear from us.

Automated vs. by hand

The tools show you availability. Your specialist hands you a seat you can book.

What automated tools show

  • Cached availability that may not book
  • Phantom seats that vanish at checkout
  • One program at a time, on the dates you thought to try
  • A screenshot of a search, not a seat

What a specialist delivers

  • A specialist opens the booking and confirms your seat is really there
  • Proof in hand: the exact seat and the point cost
  • 30+ programs and transfer partners, worked through for you
  • Real availability on your dates, or an honest no

Where your points go

What your points are actually worth.

Typical business- and first-class award prices a specialist finds on these routes — with the cash fare you’d otherwise pay. Your dates and balance decide the real number; an audit is where we find it.

Illustrative typical award prices, not a live availability feed. A real person confirms the seat before you book.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

What if you find nothing?

We tell you straight — no upsell, no “maybe”. On an individual search your $25 deposit comes back in full, to your original payment method.

How long does a search take?

Most searches come back within five business days, often sooner. Anything time-sensitive we flag the moment we find it.

Do you need my airline or credit-card logins?

No. Your points and your accounts stay yours. A specialist finds and confirms the space, then hands you the exact steps to book it yourself — we never ask for your passwords.

Who books the ticket — you or me?

You do. We do the finding and the verifying; you keep control and place the booking with the step-by-step we send. Prefer we handle more of it? Ask, and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

What if the seat disappears before I book it?

Award space can move. We flag anything time-sensitive, and if a seat we confirmed is gone before you book it, you don’t owe the $99 — we keep looking.

Is this a subscription?

A search is a one-off: a $25 deposit, plus $99 only when we confirm a seat you can book (business searches are a flat $25). Alerts are the only monthly option, and you can cancel anytime.
